With our In-House CNC Flatbed facilities we offer our quality Cutting Service of most flat materials using blade technology.
Whether it is for a one-off/bespoke sample or for a full production run, we can provide a fast turnaround at a competitive price.
Our cutting systems can cut material of varying thicknesses, for example, thin 50 micron PET or 19mm thick rubber, for light materials such as rigid foam, or honeycomb display board, then we can cut up to 25mm thick.
When cutting wood or rigid plastic we can use our CNC Routing option.
The Aristo ‘Automatic eye’ camera system enables pre-printed or print mounted material to be contour cut accurately.
For cardboard and corrugated cardboard we can ‘Cut and Crease’ or ‘Cut and Score’ as required.
